The Middleby Marshall 27470-0004 Oven Fan Guard provides a protective barrier around the fan area in compatible commercial oven equipment. Its placement helps limit unintended contact with moving fan components while allowing airflow through the guarded section. Installed near the fan assembly, this part separates the rotating components from the surrounding space within the oven. https://partsfe.com/fan-guard-for-middleby-part-27470-0004
